Custom Aluminum Extrusions

Aluminum and aluminum alloys like 6061 and 6063 are strong, lightweight metals that PSI can form into conductors, structural components, and more. Our extrusion presses offer up to 1500 tons of force to create prototypes, small batches, and large-scale orders. CNC Machining & Fabrication

CNC machining uses precision computer-controlled equipment to cut, drill, and shape metal workpieces into unique goods. We use multi-axis CNC mills and lathes in our in-house facility, processing plates and extruded aluminum pieces into precision pieces like connector housings and mounting brackets with precisely positioned holes and features.

Our capabilities include custom fixturing for complex configurations and efficient punching of cutouts, slots, and stamps with our OBI punch presses and other equipment, allowing us to streamline the production of standard and custom electrical components.

Precision Metal Stamping for Electrical Components

PSI Industries provides in-house stamping for flat and formed aluminum and other metal parts while maintaining extreme precision and consistency. Applications for our stamping services include:

Busbars. Stamped busbars are crucial in power distribution systems and various electrical equipment to distribute energy with maximum efficiency.
Connectors and terminals. Metal inserts and terminals need to be precisely formed to create low-resistance connections. PSI Industries can provide thousands of virtually identical components in a given order.
