Heat sink profiles 3.5 inches wide and smaller have a 40-pound minimum order. Profiles larger than 3.5 inches have a minimum order of 150 pounds.

Heat sinks are mill finish unless otherwise requested.

We use the versatile 6000 series aluminum, though other alloys may be specifically quoted.

Maximum heat treatable length is 22 feet.

Tolerances are 1/2 commercial tolerances.
